**. We Just got a Puppy :D so pleae reach out out to me first before booking. Still taking bookings but want to gauge the shoot , numbers etc. as we'll be minding her upstairs. Thanks! ** Large main space with plenty of ceiling height for your next event. The Main Space is long and runs along large windows. Theres is also small bar area in art deco style as well as 2 bedrooms. There is a billard & ping pong table in the main space as well as a dining table. All of which can be removed for more room. Sitting area at one end with Chic sofas and colorful decorations make for a great addition. Perfect for photography and video shoots with lots of different areas to use.

Beautiful location! Conveniently located with a diverse range of functional internal spaces. This was perfect for us to shoot a broad range of content with different settings which were all furnished and decorated in interesting, eye-catching ways. Recommended!
