About the Space

A one stop filming location dedicated to meet your vision, event or needs. We offer a unique and multi-flex venue, in a cool coffeehouse environment with a high exposed ceiling to host your production and film/audio support needs. Booths and studio room for technical support or make up stations, high ceilings for lighting and visual effects and high speed wifi and ethernet are available. Can provide onsite fulls service coffee espresso bar, dessert bar, beer and wine, hors devours lunches, dinners and more. Onsite parking available and additional parking in a nearby lot.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
