Newly remodeled commercial studio space ideal for meetings, movement activities, wellness events, photography studio or small gatherings. Amenities include a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, kitchenette sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle and a microwave. Wifi and a large screen TV with HDMI cord or Apple TV to screen share computers. Full HVAC with air filtration system that filters bacteria and viruses. Plenty of windows for cross ventilation and a Covid cart with hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. Costco tables and chairs to comfortably accomodate up to 15. Clean, freshly remodeled bathroom. Located near bus lines, food markets and carts. Free off-street parking. Small outdoor space. Meeting amenities include a white board, easels and a window to display the event if needed.

Monica was on it! She was there to let me in and make sure the space was clean and ready for us to use and the tech all worked. She was very responsive and was even there when I was closing up. It had everything we needed for our meeting including a few plates, mugs, and napkins. It was very clean and spacious and the heating/cooling was very efficient. I wish the folding tables & chairs were a little higher quality but worked just fine.
