Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time, please keep in mind when booking. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, You must be packed up and off the property at the scheduled time to avoid being billed an extra hour. • If you finish early, there are NO refunds or credits. If you are late, time will NOT be pushed. You may request an additional hour and is only approved if available. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means putting back all props/lights/cables if any were moved or used in other spaces. The cleaning fee is NOT an excuse to trash the studio. Please respect the space. • No smoking inside our warehouse. Violation Fee $200 • No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee. • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • Restricted Items (Additional cleaning fee will be applied) *Champagne or bottles. NO alcohol allowed inside studio *Paint, Powdered Paint, Chalk or any other flour-like substance. These types of materials get stuck inside our equipment and cause internal damage over time. *No food or drinks allowed inside (water is allowed) *No confetti/glitter *No fire including candles allowed. No smoke bombs allowed inside the studio. Fog machines are allowed.
