About the Space

The space works well for all types of studio photography. Studio is west facing and has windows that get great light on sunny days for natural light photographers. Almost everything is movable to create the set you have envisioned. There is a nice sized space that could be great for pop-up vendors or small events. Private bathroom located inside the studio for use with a long mirror and baby changing station.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Bree was so nice and helpful! Wonderful studio with a lot of props and wraps. Lots of street parking. Bree arrived early to heat the studio for me to help with the newborn session. Beautiful space.
