Newly remodeled commercial studio space ideal for movement activities, meetings, wellness events, photography studio or small gatherings. Amenities include a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, kitchenette sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle and small convection oven. One mirrored wall for viewing form in movement activities. Lots of natural light through the many windows. Full HVAC with air filtration system that filters bacteria and viruses. Costco tables and chairs to seat up to 15. Clean, freshly remodeled bathroom. Located near bus lines. Free off-street parking with convenient free street parking nearby. Small outdoor areas to bring chairs out to.
