With our trendy location and ease of access, the soaring ceilings and open loft space create the perfect blank canvas for you to use your artistic freedom and make it your own. This intimate large, high ceiling, open concept space is perfect for networking events, record release gatherings, premiers, cocktail parties, pop up shops, curated art exhibitions and more. We will remove art upon request at no extra charge. Our stylish 2500 square feet loft and bright art gallery is the perfect venue for your next event! Minimum 3 hours. Must be rented in hour increments at $300 per hour with an hour complimentary for setup and/or decorating. What’s provided if needed at no additional cost: 1.) 5 highboys (Each additional table after 5 can be rented for $25.00) 2.) 2 rectangle dinner tables (6 per table) (Each additional table after 2 can be rented for $25.00) 3.) 4 round dinner tables (Each additional table after 4 can be rented for $25.00) 4.) 8 Warmers 5.) Outside catering okay! However we can provide catering based on your own menu selection. 6.) 120” projection screen 7.) 1-2 Event coordinators will be assigned to assist you with setup as well as assist you with your guest as needed. 8.) 30 folding chairs If you decide to use chair covers for the folding chairs they can be rented for $5.00 per chair. We have chair covers in all colors and metallic. Complimentary table covers provided upon request. Any other event items needed can be rented at an additional cost. Our prices are very competitive and favorable. We also offer 1 complimentary hour for setup as well as provide most of your event rental items you will need for your event setup without any additional cost. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We booked this amazing loft for an end of the summer soiree for my event clients dearest friends and from the time of booking until the end of our evening we created absolute magic! The venue owner E. Ann was more than helpful with logistics, and answered promptly to any questions or concerns! Not to mention the dream team venue staff Chris and Kennedy who provided us with impeccable venue coordination. The facility was dazzling and all night guest inquired "How did you find this place"! (It also could be a amazing intimate wedding venue) Nonetheless it truly is a hidden gem right in downtown Chicago with great parking! I can't wait to see what's next for this space!
