This 20,000 sqft post-apocalyptic creative space is truly a hidden gem. We are certain our artistic space is perfect for your next production. From the ashes of Comet Rice Mill came a unique venue for the arts and education. A hybrid place that fosters creativity and allows for new frontiers of expression and education. Current and Past programs feature: Urban Farming, Film production, Movie viewing, Music, Videos, Weddings, Receptions, Photo Shoots, Memorials, Parties, Classes, and Workshops all on our 4.5 acres. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

We weren’t able to complete our shoot due to complications with the artist but we absolutely loved the location and were still able to get some great shots. We’ll be sure to come back and finish the shoot asap!
