About the Space
Huge Mediterranean style yard in Pasadena available for shoots and filming! Beautiful palm trees, lots of greenery, a gazebo with additional seating options, and a pool house. Saltwater pool with jacuzzi also available. Guests can utilize the pool house for dressing/makeup. Pool house also includes a mini kitchen/bar, a gym, and full bathroom. Flexible with dates and times. If desired date and times are not available, please send me a message. Bookings need to be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired date. Please send detailed description of the shoot in inquiry. Filming pricing starts at $2000/day plus cleaning fees, depending on size of project. Please message for details.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
