Beautiful Little Italy / Lower East Side Loft with brick and white background. Multi-use space, very flexible. Space is connected with a fashion boutique. We are also open to providing designer clothing to if needed. Casting call for fashion shows have been hosted in this venue as well. Free WiFi is included.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

I rented the space for my photo production. Model had her hair/make up done there and we had a photoshoot in Soho/Nolita. It's not a big space but enough for 7 crew members + 1 model. They made sure our luggages were safe and secured while we were out for a shoot. Thank you Ivonne and Lan! The communication prior to a renting was smooth and they accommodated our needs. The location is fantastic! If we shoot again in Soho/Nolita, I'd definitely rent this space! Highly recommended!
