About the Space
Beautiful brand new home with tons of natural light and perfect spot for creatives to be inspired. Located just outside of Austin, near the toll road in Pflugerville. Neighborhood sits across from Lake Pflugerville and minutes away from Stone Hill shopping center. 25 minutes from Downtown Austin, 10 minutes from Round Rock. Interior: Open kitchen and living room concept. Beautiful natural light, cozy, boho and MCM decor. At this time bedrooms are not included in the listing. Bathroom may be used for guests. Exterior: Lush front yard court yard with pergola and patio seating area with Boho decor. Yard is spacious for being creative with room to set up studio lights if needed. Courtyard still a work in progress :) About the Owner: Fellow creative photographer in the industry for 10+ years. Looking forward to extending my home to other creatives. Excited to see the magic that is made! The owner may be on site during your shoot, but will be out of sight and respectful. This is the perfect location for lifestyle shoots, branding shoots, influencer shoots, product shoots and more!
