All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Modernly Renovated and Minimally Decorated Apartment. The space is flooded with natural light during the day. Events are welcome and include two black folding tables and up to 10 chairs. Exposed brick wall adds a touch of texture, unique character and a dab of timeless charm to the living space. However you decide to use the space you'll enjoy how flexible it is. The space is accessible via host. I will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. When you arrive, I will check you in and will be just a phone call away if you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up.

We have street parking. Also for quick load in and load outs there is a safety zone directly across the street from the property you could use.

The location was awesome and worked so well for my two-day film shoot. I would highly recommend this space for filmmakers who need lots of natural sunlight (the windows face south), and a quiet NYC apt (surprisingly!) for sound recording. More importantly, Bryan was an above and beyond host! He was very nice, quick to respond, incredibly accommodating with requests (e.g. we moved almost all the furniture out of the living room, had a location visit, brought in equipment the night before the shoot), had a lot of equipment in the place that we would have had to rent elsewhere and lugged them in! Thank you, Bryan!
