1 | Leave the studio exactly as you found it. That way each renter knows exactly what to expect each time they walk through the door. 2 | Treat it like YOUR space, because in a way it is. 3 | Let Meghan know any time you have thoughts, dreams, issues, or concerns. If something happens, the sooner we know the better. We can only solve problems when they know they exist. Communication is key in any relationship, and we want to make sure you are as successful as possible in The Studio Space. 4 | All renters must carry their own liability insurance. 5 | The Studio Space reserves the right to charge a damage deposit upon booking. As long as you follow rules #1 & #2, you'll get it back. 6 | Nothing can be hung in the space without express permission and discussion with Meghan. If you have something awesome and gorgeous you want to do that requires hanging, see rule #3. 7 | Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled starting time and ends promptly at the scheduled ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late. Additional time may only be added if Meghan confirms there is availability on the schedule. Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental. 8 | No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. No flames, or candles allowed. Pets and small / hard to clean materials (confetti, feathers, body paint, etc) require approval Meghan. 9 | Prior approval required for shoots / events with more than 10 people.
