Our cozy game room is perfect for any small social gathering or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Four large TVs make this space perfect for watching the big game! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches and chairs 4 HD TV's Refreshment area equipped with ice maker, mini-fridge, and microwave. PAC-MAN and Mortal Kombat video games Assorted board games WiFi and cable Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Street parking and garage parking are available but can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
