All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is cozy and suitable for baby & bridal showers, birthdays, graduations, small events, choreography, photo shoots and so much more. We also have a recording studio on site that can be booked separately for $90/hr. We offer: - Tables included - Small kitchen space for food storage ONLY. -Basic accent lighting -1 hour set-up time and 30 mins clean up included with rental. We are conveniently located off the highway. PRICING Mon - Thu: $130 per hour Fri - Sun anytime: $145 per hour New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, and Cinco de Mayo will follow peak hours at $170 per hour. • Security for parties or large events $75 per hour • Wireless microphones $50 per event
