About the Space

Great for medical related filming--this is the smaller of 2 facilities we have in the same building complex. There are 2 exam rooms, all fully equipped with exam table, doctor's stool, examining equipment, sink, etc. The space includes a comfortable waiting room and reception desk that can seat up to 3 people. There is a small lab and ADA-compliant bathroom within the suite. The location is just off I-395 at the King Street Exit in Alexandria, VA. The space is equipped with internet and wifi, and there is a computer in the space that can be used. There is also a printer. The suite is on the first floor. A nearby shopping center has numerous restaurants, Starbucks and two grocery stores for keeping the crew fed and comfortable. CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ALL DAYS EXCEPT THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
