There is a cleaning fee of $75. Please bag up your trash and put in to the Large trashcan outside that is out the back door.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Great spaces for baby showers, bridal showers, and photoshoots. Comes with fully stocked kitchen! Each room has a cozy vibe and plenty of space for entertaining. Has a super cute "instagrammy" spot in the dining room area with the "Your vibe attracts your tribe" neon sign. Front porch is great for photos and has ample space to put some balloon garlands and props for photos.

Only street parking is available but the street not a busy street so there will be plenty of parking and there is a parking lot for the restaurant right next to us as well that can be used
General Rules
No Smoking allowed of any kind
Please to no standing on the furniture - especially the wicker lounge chair.
Outside catering allowed
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Video surveillance by front door and by the driveway. Making sure that no one parks in that driveway
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
My bridal boudoir photo shoot here was great! Loved the space, easy to find and plenty of street parking. Lots of light in the space! Host was very responsive!
