About the Space

We have a gorgeous private garden that opens right into an exposed brick living room, open kitchen, and long hallway. The bedroom has a beautiful Barn door and has a second private en suite bathroom. It’s extremely comfortable with an open layout and a large and green garden to enjoy with a few couches to relax outside!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great experience - exactly what we were looking for for our video. The host was super fast w/ all communication & were gracious enough to let us extend our time frame.

Great space, exactly as pictured! The interior has fun and interesting decor and the exterior very green garden area is a great plus for filming outdoors. There are also a lot of nice options for filming outdoors nearby, including brownstones and the High Line. Hosts were very quick to reply and set up booking as well as answer any questions.
