Includes dance floor, bars, Dj booth, lobby, patio, and kitchen. Our crew is available on site to assist you and answer any questions during your booking timeframe. INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE A club operator is on site A security guard and cleaning crew present throughout the event High End P.A. sound system A variety of Dj equipment and microphone Colorful Light beams, wash lights, and disco balls are included in the lighting plan (a lighting technician is required) 2 bars include refrigerators and ice machines (bartenders and drinks are extra). VIP areas with couches and tables The dance floor, the lobby, and the patio are all open for you Six bathrooms and a dressing room A commercial kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a refrigerator, and a deep fryer A ticket booth and a Coat Check The name of your event on a marquee We can provide Benches & folding tables upon request Haze machine ADD-ONs (depending on the event and number of guests) -Lighting and sound operator (required in order to use our systems) -Photographer - Bartenders, Security guards, bottle service - Projection design - Live stream cameras and operator - Co2 Cannons / Laser show - In house Pizza chef - Ticket booth cashier SETUP & TAKEDOWN TIME Please take into account setup time when booking as we do NOT guarantee setup time outside of the booked time-frame. Generally providing setup time outside of the booking takes up time from cleaning, other bookings, and most importantly is not covered by PeerSpace Insurance. For larger events, we may be able to arrange a discounted price for setup. Listing price is equivalent for UP TO 50 guests. if your event or filming has more than 50 guests, then please get in touch with us so that we can give you an offer. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
