The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space features an eclectic style where vintage Miami meets old Havana, nestled down a tropical path off the northwest corner of 19th st and collins avenue at the Dorchester hotel in Miami beach. combining rustic old-world woods, a 60’s throwback bar, the finest mojitos, Cuban-style cigars, and the culinary ethos based around Cuban classics. a great bite, an amazing cocktail combined with music and lighting make this property a special place. This Tropical Magical space is perfect for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Instagram celebs, Private parties, etc. It has an indoor space that fits up to 100 ppl and an outdoor patio that holds 200 ppl with a pool and tropical patio. Vintage decor and antiques transport you to the golden age of Miami Beach and Cuba. With a 1940's TV set and a 1957 Chevrolet Belair. This space is a photographer's dream. The property is also one of Miami's coolest Bar / Restaurant. Featured on Food Network, Cooking Network, TLC, and The CW. All food and drinks must go thru us. The best days and times to shoot videos or photos are Tuesday, Weds and Thursday 7 am - 4 pm. The best dates for private parties are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Weds, or Thursday. There are several sections and backdrops available at the premises. The rate is for one section. Please elaborate on which section you want and we must go over the details on the phone for an accurate quote.

Parking description

We can accommodate 6 cars in onsite parking at the rate of $32 per day each. Street parking in South Beach zone costs approximately $4 per hour with an enforcement time of 9am to 3am. There are plenty of parking lots and garages available nearby with the rates of $6 to $10 per hour. Additionally there is a limited amount of free street parking available between 7 am and 6pm.

General Rules

General Rules No smoking allowed in the building. Outside catering not allowed. Must use catering options provided by the venue. No outside alcohol allowed. No other food or drink on-premises unless it was arranged/discussed with us. No firearms allowed on-premises. No pyrotechnics or flammable props. You must clean and leave the space as found unless otherwise arranged thru us. You must all abide by covid rules and be responsible for your own social distancing and sanitizer.

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras cover the entire restaurant space, including outdoor patios with the exception of bathrooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
