Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful heritage natural light studio located in the heart of Gastown. - 735 sqf - Natural light throughout different hours of the day - Permanent white infinity wall - Changing room - Heritage style large windows, - 12ft ceilings, - Heritage wooden floors, - White walls, - Exposed Brick Wall - Storage room - Couch - Plants - 2 Tables - Stools - Props (Vintage Ladder, Trunk, Hat, fabrics) - High-Speed Wifi - Bluetooth Speakers - Paid parking available on both corners - Perfect for: Photography, film production, fitness, workshops, livestreams. The light in the studio is beautiful from sunrise to sunset and it can be used in many different ways, from using backdrops, playing with the blinds and shadows to simply using the natural light coming through the windows. Anything that you see in the photos is currently in the space and can be moved according to your needs. We have many gear options for rent, including lighting. *IMPORTANT* If you need a guaranteed freshly white painted infinity wall we charge an additional $150. If not needed, the wall is subject to have standard marks from previous use. Hi community, wanted to share that the space is fantastic! Simon as well. The space is perfect for production, film, or photo. Sound-wise which was my fear was not bad on a Sunday. Yes, we had 1 siren and 2 car alarms, but we worked around it. All day the building and studio were perfect! Thank you, Simon.
