All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

An open 1,296 sqft (36' x 36') studio, with natural light, that is large enough to spread out for photoshoots and events. With exposed wood ceilings, concrete floors, and clean white walls, our industrial yet modern space is the perfect place for photoshoots and hosting private/public events. Our studio is located just outside of Downtown Bremerton with a large parking lot and amply street parking. Far enough away from downtown to not fight for parking and close enough to walk from the Seattle/Bremerton Ferry. Yes, I would book again.

Overall a good experience. My business is food-based and this venue isn't set up for anything to do with food prep or clean up. Otherwise, it was a great minimalist backdrop to my shoot.

What a great experience! I was rained out for my holiday mini sessions and needed a back asap. I booked with Logan THE NIGHT BEFORE! I ran into a lot of clashing schedules trying to find a studio. Logan worked diligently to accommodate the time block I needed and was even willing to to the work to shift some things around if I needed more time. The studio was clean and ready for everything I needed ! Logan even stayed to help assist in hanging some props and showed me how to use the tools needed if I needed to change it. I highly recommend to any photographer needing a studio space. Very reasonably priced and the Host went above and beyond !

Absolutely INCREDIBLE space! Logan is super accommodating and responsive to anything you need. The space is huge and incredibly versatile - tons of natural light but also great backdrop and lighting options. Another great feature is there are a ton of add ons so you can customize the space as much or as little as you want. Easy parking, booking and overall great experience! Absolutely would recommend this to anyone!
