About the Space

This would be a wonderful space to work & film creative content. It has been used for photo shoots in the past and has great lighting & high ceilings. I’ve also hosted intimate gatherings and workshops here as well. It’s located in the Dumbo section of Downtown Brooklyn. It’s also walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge & Manhattan skyline. The space is minutes away from Manhattan and from the subway. There’s a beautiful, private restroom inside as well. This has also been used as a dressing room.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is perfection. The vibe set by the decor in the space itself is palpable. Alicia is responsive and accommodating.

Yes, I would book again.

I booked Alicia’s last minute space to move my engagement from outside to inside because of the rain. Alicia was very responsive and accommodating. I would book this space again for a smaller event. The space got a little hot but guest were able to cool off right outside the venue. There was a painting of a women’s genitalia which was a little off putting to some of the guests. Think it should be removed when renting.
