COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned and disinfected every day and in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

About the Space

Cute Minimalist Space can be used for meetings, photo shoots or small workshops. There is also a fully equipped spa room in the back. Conveniently located in downtown Tucker. This is a beautiful ground level meeting room with 9’ ceilings, lots of whitespace, reception area, coffee table and chairs. It can accommodate up to 6-10 people for a comfortable private meeting, film, photo shoot or a small private event. Easy to book on a short notice. Feel free to contact me with any questions. General Rules

No Smoking Alcohol is allowed RENTAL TIME. The booking must include set up and take down times. Please consider your set up and clean up need when selecting booking times. SPACE CONDITION. Thank you for leaving the space in the exact same condition as when you arrived, placing all the items and furniture including books in the bookcase where they belong originally. Unfortunately we do not permit any nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials that leave traces to attach or affix anything to the walls, floors or furniture. - No glitter, confetti, sparklers, paint are allowed without prior permission of the host and comprehensive clean up arrangement. - No candlers, incense or fire hazard items of any kind are allowed on site without prior permission of the host. Absolutely no smoking in or directly outside the space. We have the following amenities available at and additional rate. Snack/breakfast/lunch station - $20/hour PRODUCTION: Production is available at $60 hr rate.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
