Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Sink missing but that wasn't a concern for me. The rest of the space is just as pictured and really great. Lighting is dim so the ambience is perfect for a moody shoot--just what I wanted! Access to the studio is easy and parking very convenient.

This was a great experience for me and my model/friend I book the shoot for his birthday shoot He was in love with the location And we look forward to coming back to use other area of the studio in the future.

Booked the studio for an Artist, however we were not aware the studio was under renovation at the time. We should’ve been told before booking. However, Julian has some cool studios, and I’ve been in a majority of them, I’ll definitely be in more of his studios in the future.

The space appeared as advertised for the most part; the only thing missing was the sink. The overall set seemed very realistic and was the ideal spot for the music performance video. It was a bit hot in there with just a fan connected to the outlet due to it being the middle of the summer in Texas, but also having an A/C in there would disrupt the vibe of the set, so it was understood.
