Our renovated space is a unique piece of architecture for creatives. This listing is for a full-buyout for our 4-floor building located in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring. With a 30-foot ceiling, abundant daylight, and we offer the best event space in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. They are three floors, a conference room, penthouse, 4th-floor patio deck, full kitchen, and mezzanine balcony area. FULL BUYOUT gives you access to all the floors: Loft, Kitchen, and Penthouse. To book only the individual spaces visit our profile listing. THE LOFT (2nd Floor) Approx. 2500 square foot daylight photo and video studio, polished concrete floors and color wall studio. This floor includes the conference room and podcast studio. THE MEZZANINE KITCHEN (3rd Floor) Approx. 450 square foot overlooks the loft for more event and shoots options. Includes a full kitchen, sink fridge, coffee bar. THE PENTHOUSE (4th Floor) Approx. 900 square foot floor to ceilings windows, wood floors. Has an outdoor area with patio furniture. Our space comes furnished. Let us know how we can make special for you REQUIRED FEES • Event Coordinator: For shoots with over 25 people one event coordinator is required for the duration of the event. Event coordinator manager is billed at $25p/hr from load in to load out (w/ 4hr minimum) • Sanitize/Cleaning Fee of $250 to $500 (based on use) ADDITIONAL ADD ON-FEES: • Security Personnel for events over 25 people or with admission fees • Folding tables/chairs and on-site carts/cords – no charge • Over 100 people - additional rates tbd/negotiated ADDITIONAL TIME: • Setup/Rental/Equipment drop-offs prior to event date available for full day rentals only • Multi-day rentals available OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: • Liability insurance required – $1 million minimum and/or signed waivers and guarantees required. • All spaces should be broom swept before vacating, and all bulk/trash needs to be taken with - Dumpster available outside!!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
