Our arts center in Silver Spring offers an excellent event, dance or fitness class, and workshop space for businesses and individuals alike. Can accommodate photo/video shoots, art gallery exhibitions, events and more! Approx. 1100 sq. feet of total facility space. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Neya was awesome! My 30th birthday was a success because of her great assistance! She not only provided a great space for intimate group of family and friends, but assisted with securing vendors to make the party complete! I highly recommend the studio for a small gathering of 40 and under. Would also recommend working with Neya to secure vendors as well!

The space is nice but it wasn’t good for what I booked it for which was my daughter’s first birthday party. Should’ve checked out the space in person prior to booking, was hard to find and parking was difficult for my guests. There were also some “rules” that were presented to me the day of and not included in the previous messages which made things difficult when setting up. There were no trash cans so we had to hang bags on a door which was horrible for the aesthetic of the party.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was perfect for our event. Upon arrival we were able to easily locate and access the space. The area was cleaned and tables were out and ready to be placed in their positions. Would definitely recommend this space.
