Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

About the Space
This boardroom is located in a unique space within our building, Mint House at The Reserve. It includes a full boardroom that seats up to 14. Additionally, there is a separate breakout space inside the room for an additional 8 guests. The space has a private kitchen and bathroom. We do allow outside food and beverage. We are also a hotel, so we can offer up to 50+ guest rooms if needed as well.

The Vault was the perfect space for our group of 15. Lots of space to spread out - whiteboard, refrigerator/freezer, private bathroom with more bathrooms accessible in the hall, breakout room with additional tv, and more meeting pop-in informal space to take customer calls on the 3rd floor mezzanine. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, the cleaning crew meticulous, and the organizers super responsive. 5 stars!

We loved this space and the staff! They were super welcoming and helpful. They helped with everything from providing a cart so I didn't have to lug my supplies in and out of the building, to getting me a bandaid. I would highly recommend this space to anyone. The only thing to note is that if you want to use the TV to project something you will need to be able to plug in an HDMI cable directly into your computer, or bring an adaptor. Will definitely look to host other retreats there in the future!

We used this space for a multi-day business meeting. This space worked out perfectly and we really enjoyed all of the features. The AV was easy to set up and wifi worked great for 20+ people. The private room with sliding doors in the back was great for private phone calls/break out meetings and for setting up catered in lunches. Communication was a breeze and instructions on entering were clear. We enjoyed having a window (not common in hotel meeting spaces!) and having a fridge to store drinks and snacks was a great perk. We would use this space again (and recommend to others!) without hesitation.

The room was great, we were able to bring in our own catering without any issues, the staff was helpful, and the communication leading up to the event was great.
