About the Space
This beautiful home has amazing natural light and has unique and stylish modern decor. Perfect for small space for workshops, cooking, modest party of 25, filmed interviews, photoshoots, content creation, production, branding shoots and meetings. We have two common areas about 2000 sq ft of space, and plenty of natural light. The space was designed for comfort and relaxing vibes. There are two living areas as part of the open floor plan with a dining area and modern updated kitchen with large island. There is plenty of space for seating and hosting guest. Upstairs is off limits The space also includes small deck on the back side and open grass filled front common area that can be used for baby shower reveals, outdoor cookouts and more.
