We offer a beautiful 650 square foot , elegantly appointed parlor floor apartment in a 135 year old Brooklyn brownstone that has been completely renovated by New York interior designer, Jarret Yoshida. We've protected as much of the original architectural detail as we could, keeping a very traditional feel to the space. The space includes 11 foot ceilings, original mahogany entry, parlor, closet and bathroom doors, original pine shutters, two magnificent marble fireplaces and more. We updated the space with interior elements and furnishings to make the space feel current, make it feel like what is happening in Brooklyn today. The space is also surrounded by some of our art collection, ranging from a 150 year old Japanese screen to new and upcoming local artists. The furnishings and decorative elements have been sourced from a variety of places like the Brimfield Flea Market in Massachusetts , Mid Century shops in Miami to the Rose Bowl Flea Market in Los Angeles. We've also used more traditional interior designer resources like Paul Smith, Cowtan and Tout and more -- all to make the space feel both traditional and current. All to make the space feel both traditional and current.
