Filled with plants and thoughtful touches throughout, this Edwardian top-floor flat is awash in natural light. Charming period details marry well with hip decor, making for IG-worthy snaps. Details, details, details! We love 'em and always receive compliments from visitors. Peekaboo Golden Gate Bridge and park views from the dining room and Sutro Tower stands tall and proud from the bedrooms. A formal dining room can be closed off from the living room or remain an open floor plan by way of the French doors. Two step-out balconies adorned with lush succulent planters are the perfect place to soak up gorgeous sunsets. And just when you think you've seen all there is to the space, the terraced yard bowls you over even more. Fire pit, hot tub in a gazebo, verdant landscaping, lounge seating, dart board, outdoor shower... the perfect urban escape!

Vivian was so warm and welcoming when we arrived and left! There are so many photo opportunities throughout the rooms it was hard to fit everything in a couple of hours! I did a boudoir shoot as a wedding gift and the lighting and atmosphere was amazing and bright! Perfect for any type of photoshoot! I’ll be recommending this spot to all my friends!!! 🥰💖
