This gorgeous space with open brick and bamboo floors is the perfect multipurpose event site. It works very well for: -Co-working -Business meetings/Corporate Events -Classes/Workshops -Birthday Party/Anniversary Party -Weddings -Baby Shower -Bridal Shower -Mixers/Tastings -Pop-Up Shops -Dinner Party/Get-togethers -Art Exhibitions/Fashion Shows -Product Launches/Film Viewings -Photo Shoots/Videos Shoots and more. We also offer entrepreneurial services to those looking to take their business from thought to reality Our space is in the heart of Brooklyn and is very accessible. Cloe's Corner is a huge beautiful blank slate for you to carry out your vision. Also enjoy our small quaint backyard area! Different days have different hourly rates. You'll notice when choosing the day you want your event to be. We comfortably hold up to 150 people standing but due to Covid regulations we are asking that only a max of 75 - 100 people be in the space. Our space comes with 7 white tables (4ft3in x 2ft5in), 3 orange-brown wooden tables (4ft6in x 2ft7.5in), and 1 large metal table with lighting in it (5ft x 3ft) as well as 40 chairs. **These pieces of furniture remain in the space unless you purchase the add on of removing the furniture for your event** Other Important things to note: -Set-up and break down is included in the hours that you book. Any hours past your booking is 1.5x the rate. -There is an additional cleaning fee of $150 in addition to your rental fee to ensure cleanliness of the space before and after and to cover garbage disposal. Overall though, please take care of our space. WE love it and we want it to be treated with care! -If you are looking to have a club type party, this may not be the event space for you. We are very respectful about noise because we have neighbors. -Lastly, it is required that everyone who rents chooses the add on of a Cloe's Corner Host/Event Staff for every hour they are renting. This ensures that all your questions/concerns are answered on the spot and that we are ensured that the space is in good hands! Thanks in advance. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
