About the Space

Villa Rodriguez is a newly constructed modern masterpiece home located in the heart of Miami's Upper East Side neighborhood. This spectacular home was newly built in 2021 and offers endless possibilities for video shoots, productions, photoshoots, music videos, gatherings, and more. The interior and exterior of the entire home are available, and the possibilities are truly endless. Immerse yourself, guests, and/or clients in the beauty of this home which features modern architecture, high end finishes throughout, 12 ft ceilings, a living room, billiards room, open space for props and/or furniture, dining room, bar area, Italian kitchen, covered terrace, outdoor rooftop terrace, and a gorgeous outdoor setting with a pool and multiple areas to entertain or shoot. The home was designed with a resort-style feel and open concept layout. Use your imagination to and the expansive indoor/outdoor areas can become a truly remarkable place to be creative. Please note interior bedrooms are NOT accessible. There is 1 full bathroom that is accessible.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Beautiful! It was just hard to shoot with the owners present! I couldn’t really get in the flow. They were respectful but I get nervous when shooting so it did hinder my experience
