Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Welcome to our space, a creative multi-use studio near downtown San Luis Obispo. THE BUILDING The building is 4200 sq ft and designed for anytime you need an inspiring space for the day. RENTING Options include • Renting each room separately hourly or daily • Renting the entire floor hourly or daily • Renting the entire building hourly or daily THE TOP FLOOR The top floor is the perfect place for your next business meeting, small gathering, private workshop, or project grind. Features: • open lounge area • conference room with 48 in TV with zoom capabilities, white board, conference table, and 4 chairs • private editing suite/office with large desk area, 45 inch TV, bench seating that fits 4 people for viewing and collaboration, black walls for limited reflections • kitchenette • Live Room that is specifically designed for recording anything from live content to intimate acoustic sessions • wifi THE GROUND FLOOR The ground floor is perfect spot if you need a little more space. Features: • open floor plan of 1100 sq ft making it a perfect location for photo/video shoots and medium sized gatherings • Double wide doors are located right off the parking lot for easy loading/unloading. • Lounge area • 60 inch Tv • wifi
