About the Space
This is a 2 room/1.5 bath 423 sf tiny home, located ITP in SW ATL. It’s serene backyard setting lends itself to photo shoots, filming, intimate meetings/gatherings, writer’s retreat or a great work from home option One room is set up as a bedroom (with queen bed and desk) and has a small spa like master bathroom if you’re in need of an escape. It offers access to the common space which includes a kitchenette (sink, oven and full size fridge), seating area and television. The second room is a wellness room perfect for an intimate (max of 5-6 people) yoga session, book club meeting, workshops, etc. It comes with 6 floor cushions (6 gray folding chairs and a 6 ft white table are available upon request). There are separate entrances to the bedroom, common area and wellness room. The Bedroom/Common Area can be rented separately from the Wellness Room or the entire tiny house can be rented. Please advise if you’d like to expand to the backyard.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

Dominique the host was amazing! The tiny home and the yard space was perfect for our event. The home is well taken care of and the yard is beautiful. Highly recommend booking this place for any events!

I don’t usually leave reviews, however I had to take the time to share my experience with this space. The tiny home is super cute. It’s decorated well, has character, is very clean and really cozy. We hosted our children’s birthday party on the backyard and used the tiny house as a place for the grandparents to hang out during the party. Due to the size of the backyard, the central location/appeal of the tiny house and the accommodating nature of the owner, the party was a huge success! The backyard was soo large that we were able to host a laser tag game, have a bounce house, corn hole game, potato sack race, and 11 tables for food and 30 guests. Lastly, I found the owner to be very responsive and pleasant. If you are looking for a space for your next event, look no further, this is it!

Tiny Shirley didn't disappoint!!! She was perfect for our 1st Boutique Pop-up Shopping Experience! Nestled in a Southwest Atlanta neighborhood all of my guests were familiar with the area yet very surprised with the charm and character of Tiny Shirley! She came with all of the bells and whistles... an inner-city whimsical surprise. Her host has thought of everything...details that you would expect in a high-end resort! I can't wait to schedule our next event or surprise my parents with a weekend getaway!!!
