About the Space

Our home is a modern home in North Bay Village, Florida, right in Miami Beach. This amazing modern home has an open concept family room with an extra large couch and 75 inch flat screen. The dining area has beautiful and very modern art pieces (all can be moved if needed). The living room has more art and a white piano. The backyard has spectacular views of downtown Miami and arguably the most incredible water front views in miami. Backyard has basketball hoop, multiple different lounge areas, a big modern pool, a jacuzzi that can fit up to 10 people, outdoor bathroom and shower, a second floor viewing deck in the backyard close to the ocean to get the absolute best views possible. 70 inch Flat screen TV by the ocean. Home is perfect for any type of entertainment and video shoots. This home has amazing potential for you to use your imagination and make something spectacular out of it!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Firstly, the space was to die for! Gorgeous! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice at all so it honestly exceeded my expectations! And secondly Tristan was so accommodating and nice! We ended up needing more time bc of some mishaps and he was so cool about letting us extend! Honestly I wish every host ever was like him! Would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to host an event here or even just take some pics!! 10/10 thanks again Tristan!!

Excellent, Incredible House, views and all areas are perfect for any event, but the best of the best is the hostess! super friendly, helpful, recursive! I will do any events with them and the property is perfect. As they said, plan your event and use your imagination... Thank you so much!
