Large outdoor space located in West Midtown. Space is covered with beautiful green turf. There is a covered serving/bar area included in the rental There is a bathroom available onsite and is not weather or temperature-controlled. It is an outdoor space. Electricity is not included in the rental. We do have generators available as rental add ons. The Space does not include access to the adjoining buildings. A walkway must be maintained to allow entrance into the adjoining buildings. We recommend a tour of the space to make sure that it fits your needs before booking. NO HOOKAH ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a couple issues with this space, mainly due to the pictures used to advertise it. Banners and backdrops can be seen hung on the walls, but after booking I was told that hanging anything on the walls wasn’t permitted. I didn’t really appreciate that, but I needed a space quick for my baby shower, so I overlooked it. The space itself was underwhelming upon entry, with small pieces of trash here and there on the ground, but the staff picked it up once we pointed it out. After we set up and gave life to it, it felt a lot more welcoming inside. There was staff on-site to speak to and ask questions which I was very grateful for. It’s probably going to be other events happening during yours and people walking through the space; this venue has several different event spaces with the same entrance. This didn’t bother me, but just a heads up. Plenty of street parking, as advertised. You can’t see the space from the street, but once you park and go to the address you’re given, it’s not that hard to find. All in all, at the price point I felt very satisfied and my guests enjoyed themselves. Thank you for hosting.

The space was cool.. My event planner did a walk thru and let the host know I will Be using fryers once I got there .. host said I couldn't use them kind of a disappointment since we did discuss but .. the water kept switching off also the extension cords .. my guests were tripping over use speed bumps inside the unit

I just had a Fall Vendors Market with 9 Vendors with 7 tents. It was very spacious and a great vibe. I had to put up signs and balloons to help locate venue because it is difficult to see from street. However, I did have a lot of communication issues with amenities. I was told that I can bring a generator and two days later they told me that I could not that I had to rent one. Also In my booking, the speaker was included. However when I got there, the venue host told me it was an add on for $25. She says to me we just start charging today. I told her I DIDNT BOOK TODAY so I need the speaker. Also it was hard to book. I had to try 5 cards and call support twice to get my booking resolved because I kept getting technical issues on the website. Hope this help.
