COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We follow all of the enhanced cleaning guidelines and disinfect all surfaces. All linens are changed and cleaned after each guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves

Featuring classic mid-century modern décor with all of the modern amenities, you and your clients can enjoy each of our stylish spaces. With free off-street and on-street parking, this furnished eclectic gem provides the natural light perfect for any photo shoot. There are 5 unique spaces that offer excellent natural lighting. The living room has the perfect little nook for one-on-one or larger group shots. The bedrooms are furnished with white luxurious linens and pillows not to mention a full length mirror, ironing board/iron, and steamer. The best room is the sun room with skylight windows and floor to ceiling natural light. If you enjoy natural light this is the place to book!

1 car can be parked behind the home. There is free street parking in front of the house.

Lighting description

Each room has at least one window. The windows have wood blinds that can block out the light. They are not considered blackout blinds but do block out most of the light if desired. The sunroom has not curtains or blinds and provides the best natural light in the house. The best time of the day to take photos is between mid-day to the late evening.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There can be noise from the AC if you turn the AC units on. Because this is an UPPER apartment, there is not much noise that can be heard from below. Please note that we are located in a downtown area of Buffalo so the usual city noises should be expected but not intrusive.

Equipment loading description

To access the unit, you must use the stairs. It is a straight shot for carrying equipment. We have carried couches and beds up the stairs so most filming equipment should not be a problem.

General Rules

No smoking inside Quiet time hours 11pm - 6am No pets unless approved by host Our place is not considered "infant safe". All infants must be accompanied by a parent at all times. We do require to know what type photography or videography sessions will be done before booking.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smaller furniture such as couches, tables, daybed, mirrors, or daybed may be moved but not removed from the building. Do not move the beds please.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Front door entrance camera exterior only. No devices inside the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
