About Vault Place
Our space is a 3000 sq ft creative studio rental. It features a 25x14 ft cyc wall with available natural light. The studio also features an onsite wardrobe that can be rented on a per-piece basis. There is a garage door that allows a car to enter the studio. Lighting equipment is included in the rental price. Seamless paper backdrops can be used for $25 per pull. Features: Studio 1 - 14 x 24 ft cyclorama wall with northern facing window. Features external rolling gate that can be lowered to block natural light. Studio 2 - Studio 2 faces the West. It features a glass garage door that can be open or closed. It has a custom concrete textured wall. There is a metal garage door can be shut to block natural light. Studio 2 also features our new light wall that has 36 full RGB LED lights than can be changed to any color. 13 ft ceilings Moveable 8x8 ft. white walls that can be hung in different parts of the studio. Makeup stations Kitchenette Private bathroom Lounge/seating area Garage door that can be used to bring a car into the studio and onto the cyc wall. Beatbox Bluetooth speaker Free wifi

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Unlike any other studio in Miami. Josh was extremely helpful. He help us set up all the lighting as well as provided creative input. He even helped us film on set using the TV wall camera. By far the most unique experience ever was the TV wall. Absolutely amazing and it worked perfectly. Also the wardrobe is extensive. There's literally nothing you want for in this studio. Josh has everything you can think of whether if you were doing a small shoot or a TV production. It's all self sufficient and in house. I will be back for sure!

Very nice studio. It's stocked with plenty of photography equipment and the owner was very helpful in allowing the use of the gear. Lots of different props that can be used. I will definitely use again.
