About the Space

At our studios, we have a unique arrangement featuring 2 cyc wall stages as well as a fully integrated camera, g/e, and sound rental facility provided by Northwest Camera Co. Conveniently located off of 99 in the Fremont neighborhood, Seattle Studios is easily accessible. This almost 5,000 sq.ft. video and photo production space is a great combination of quiet and convenience with easy parking and ample food and coffee just out the front door. We offer full prep bays, covered load in via roll up door, expendables, client meeting and lounge areas, HMU area, a post production set up area, green room, micro cafe, craft services station, ample sound proofing, and several large monitors placed in common areas for client and crew viewing. Stage A has no natural light, Stage B has Natural light from one side and can be closed.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

Stage A is fully soundproofed from most normal items externally. Higher pitched ambulance noise will make it through, but rare. Stage B is not sound proof and is street side. More suited for Photo or MOS video shoots.

Equipment loading description

We have two loading zones which you can park and load in. One has a full roll up door to load in a Transit Van or Box truck and unload directly to either stage or a side entrance with a ramp to load in.

Staging area is available

We have separate spaces for Craft services, and Hair/MU, and Green Room for VIP guests

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We have a full power distribution set up for both Stages. Stage A has 160 Amp service with distribution boxes to put wherever you need power. Stage B has 60 Amps of power with distro as well. Breaker panel is upstairs and has access with permission.

General Rules

No Smoking, Covid protocols will be in place, Cleaning by renter and takes trash with them, No walking or gear on cove, close loading doors once loaded in.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

General liability and equipment coverage

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Just put it back where you found it.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

because we also supply a lot of high end cinema equipment, we have security cameras in our entryway, stage, loading zone, prep bays, exteriors

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect between all bookings and we ask that the place looks like it did when people walk in in the morning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
