Looking for a unique outdoor event space? Oasis Backyard offers an intimate space with a splash! This modern Backyard Oasis offers a saltwater Pool and hot tub for guest with a sense of adventure. While 4 distinct seating areas offer plenty of room for guest to roam and join conversations and offer different photography settings. "Cabana" provides lounge seating for 7 around a gas firpit and is lit up via led string lighting. The "deck" offers guest a casual dining experience with an led lighted 10' market umbrella and seats 6. The "Pit" offers intimate seating on the pool deck for 5 guest around another gas firepit table, and finally the pool deck is a small space that can accommodate 4-guest in lounge chairs. This space can alternatively be used to place tables for food, drinks, gifts or vendor materials. Production lighting; Available for additional fee, 4 100 watt LED, 5000 Kelvin, 13500 lumen lights for a total of 54,000 lumens (make it shine); are pole mounted 9' high on 2 tripods (2 100 watt LED lights on each pole/tripod set).

I booked Devin’s Fremont Oasis for a birthday bbq / pool party we planned for my parents and it was a total success! Devin allowed me to arrive 20 min early at no charge so that I could set up before my parents arrived. When I arrived at Devin’s home, he had the place ready - everything was clean, organized, and looked exactly like the pictures! He offered to keep the pool heated at a nice temperature for my event and held our birthday cake inside his fridge in his home until we were ready to serve it. We had about 14 people in our group and we had a ton of extra space to just mingle around. Our family had such a great time. Devin went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and we will definitely be keeping his place in mind for future family events. Thank you Devin!

Devin and his backyard oasis is amazing. Good for any gathering. We had my daughters 5th birthday party here and she could not stop talking about how it was the best birthday ever. The backyard and pool is very clean. There’s a bathroom on the side of the house and out door shower to use before and after you swim which is a plus! Devin was available anytime we needed anything. If your looking to host any small party, especially a pool party, do it here!

We hosted a 10 people Graduation party and we all loved the place a lot! Devin was very helpful with setting up everything and accommodating as well. His place is well maintained and clean and could easily fit 20 people at a time! I would recommend this place if you are hosting a small gathering or party.

I rented this space for my dog’s 1st birthday pawty. Devin was a very warm and welcoming host. He helped me unload all the stuff I needed in my car and set up the space. It was very clean and well-maintained, I highly recommend this space for small events or gatherings. Everyone just had a great time, will definitely book again.

I rented Devin's space for a small baby shower with four friends. His space was perfect. It had a very relaxing outdoor space with shade and comfortable seating arrangements. The space was clean and inviting. Devin, himself, was a wonderful host. He helped me unpack the decorations I had in my car and gave me a quick tour of the space. He also gave my his phone number so that I could call if I needed anything. I didn't need to call, but it was great to be able to if I needed to. He allowed me to come 30 mins early to set up before my friends showed up. There is ample street parking. The neighborhood felt safe and was quite nice. I highly recommend this space for small get-togethers.
