Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

-All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: -Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. -Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. -Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. -Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. -Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

About the Space

Welcome to our beauty studio. Our 1,912sqft upscale artistic gallery influenced warehouse is located in West Midtown. We are known for its creative atmosphere and modern design. Our space is ideal for small to medium productions, events, parties, meetings, classes etc. Our spacious and bright beauty studio features 13ft high ceilings, oversized windows that provide natural lighting, a roll up glass garage door that leads you straight to our outside terrace, a kitchen (no stove), a meeting room with 4 tables and 10 chairs, a private bathroom and a free parking lot. Check out our amenities below: -Wi-Fi -Use of kitchen appliances/plates/coffee/cups/wine glasses -Use of 4 Spa beds for beauty educational purposes -Use of furniture (excluding the spa rooms) -Primo Keurig for coffee and tea with Hot and Cold water options
