About the Space

The space is an office building, coworking, and events space home to a wide range of innovative tech and creative companies on a 3-acre property in the heart of the Irvine Business Community. We are a growing community of like-minded tech and creative entrepreneurs. Our outdoor Park and indoor Atrium venues also host a wide array of events from weddings and family gatherings to corporate parties and networking events. Meeting Rooms can be booked out outside hours (10AM - 6:00PM) for an additional charge. There will be a coordinator on site for general operations however, you booking does not include personnel from Eureka Hub.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
The space has informational signage including:

Yes, I would book again.

The room was good for our team meeting. The chairs were comfortable and the tv connections worked. We had access to water outside the room, as well as the communal space in the building and outside.

Samantha was an amazing host. We had technical difficulties on our end and she resolved them so fast! The place is very spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this space for meetings! Thank you Samantha! We hope to be back soon!
