All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful, quaint pre war townhouse, molding, large arched entry ways, fireplaces, white and bright, large white kitchen, kids rooms, built in bookcase, home office, back garden, claw foot tub and nice bright bathroom, stairwell, great stoop, crown molding, fireplace, artwork, home office, back patio, piano, 4 floors and basement Kids room is now painted blue (other kids room pics included for reference)

The Brownstone is on a quiet street.Guests have had no issues with ambient noise and property has been used for multiple interview projects.

General Rules

SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $2,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULES: - No Smoking in the building - No activity prior to 7am or after 10pm without prior approval. - Furniture pads and floor protection required - No Shoes allowed -Protect floors, no shoes inside except for models
