Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

As this home is located in a residential area, quiet time hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Please do your part to respect our neighbours. Sorry, pets are not permitted. This is a no-party home. The owner of the property lives just next door and will report any parties or unauthorized access immediately which may result in eviction from the property. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in a $250 fine. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
