All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

As this property is located in a residential area, the city noise bylaw is strictly enforced. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking of any kind will result in additional penalties and fees. Our home is pet-free. This is a non-party house. Access is restricted to guest only and is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in eviction and possible ban from future bookings.
