COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Recording Studio, Music Production Suite, Podcast Studio, right between Madison Square Garden and Times Square. Located in the legendary Music Building, once housing artists such as Madonna, The Ramones and The Strokes. Our music studio was custom built by hand, with all gear and equipment in the room brand new. We welcome artists, producers, podcasters, audio/visual editors, voice actors, gamers with our unique space that has the look of your garden and the smell of Tulum!

Ben and his team are really hospitable and professional. In addition to renting the space his team also mixed a remote interview for me so definitely ask him about his other offerings! Very happy with this booking.
