About the Space

This is a one bedroom apartment which is part of a 4 unit apartment building. All units are for rental which can be separate places for hair and makeup, wardrobe, kraft services, facilities, rendering, etc., subject to availability. This is a great space for filming many variations on residential shots, cooking in the kitchen, web series, photo shoots, social media posts, influencer filming and much more. For the outdoors, there is an alley, an area behind the building, a small laundry room and patio furniture, all which can be used.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Just had a great shoot here. Shonelle was easy to work with, had clear instructions for getting in, and checked up halfway through to make sure it was going okay. It had everything we needed - it was clean, there was plenty of space, it easy to move around in and there was great light throughout the day. It did get a little hot, but there was a portable AC that made all the difference.

Yes, I would book again.
