Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The entire building is deep cleaned weekly, with any spaces used cleaned before and after every event by in-house maintenance staff.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

A convertible space on the second level with two rooms in one. The minimal, secluded meeting room can be connected to or separated from a spacious atrium suitable for receptions or meetings, featuring an artful skylight that fills the space with warm natural light. This unique space is available for a variety of events, such as: -Business meetings -Receptions -Workshops -Film shoots -Photo shoots Capacity: Meeting Room - Meeting 12; Reception 15 Atrium - Meeting 22; Reception 35 Distanced capacity - 13 (4 for meeting room, 9 for atrium) Can be rented in conjunction with other spaces in the building.

General Rules

Can only rent up to 6 months in advance. No smoking. Outside catering is permitted, but hiring our in-house staff is required unless using an approved full-service caterer. Cooking is not permitted on site. Beer, wine, cider and sake only, no hard liquor. AV needs beyond built-in equipment requires hiring our in-house AV technician. Promotional, private and fundraising events are not permitted. The renting entity must be an organization (company or non-profit), not an individual. Tickets may not be sold on-site.

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras throughout public areas of the building. They are always on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
