About the Space

Hourly rental of our studio facility includes 6 studio spaces. Our facility has been used as a venue for corporate pop-ups, brand activations, Youtube filming, photoshoots, film production and much more. Hourly rental includes access to: FILM/PHOTO STUDIO: • Fully equipped video studio • Bluetooth Playback Speaker • Backdrops • ALL BLACK • Windows COLOR HALL: • Color Spot Lights • ALL BLACK ALL WHITE LIGHT BOX STUDIO: • ALL WHITE • LED LIGHTS THE BEAN BAG ROOM: • Mirror • High-speed WiFi • Bean-bag seat • Tables • Turf floor THE STUDIO LOUNGE: ● BACKGROUND SETTINGS ● LIGHTING ● SEATING STUDIO LOBBY: ● 3 in 1 Studio ● Red carpet ● Sitting area ● Rose Wall, Grass Wall, and White Wall There are 2 entries for this location. Renters can enter on the East or West end of the building. There is only one elevator area. The suite is located on the 2nd floor directly in front of the elevators. We're located on the 2nd floor.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
